I liked the BBQ and the Yamanashi trip because it helped us learn about the culture of Japan and the other students and brought us together.
What were the most productive and interesting aspects of the program for you? The least interesting and productive?
The most interesting were talking to each other in class and building our speaking skills. The least were memorizing the scripts verbatim and having to say them to the teacher.
What activities or materials did you find most helpful (e.g., pair work, drill practice, tests, small group sessions, textbooks, games)?
Index cards, drill practice, group sessions, and sessions with Saito Sensei.
